A Briefing on Automation and Digitalization was held at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur presided over by Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto, Vice Chancellor. Sybird Lakson Group of Companies delivered presentation on automation and digitalization.

Talking to the participants, Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto said, it is need of the time that the important sections of the University be digitalized and automated in order to bring transparency , proper mechanism and delivery of the work effectively to save the time and money.

On this occasion, Sybird Lakson Group of Companies delivered presentation on different modules for the implementation of automation/digitalization of the important sections of the University Human Resource Management, Attendance, Examinations and Financial Management.   

Mr. Muneer Shah Rashdi, I.T Manager briefed the Sybird Lakson Group of Companies about the existing modules of automation to the house.

During the briefing, it was decided that existing automation modules will be integrated to new system. I.T Manager will prepare Request for Proposal to float the tendering process as per SPPRA rules. The representative of the Finance Wing, Examinations Wing, Registrar Office and I.T Wing attended the meeting.
