Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto, Vice Chancellor, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur paid a visit of abandoned old site of University at Shadi Shaheed. Engr. Ghulam Asghar Shaikh, Project Director (Works) briefed the Vice Chancellor about the status of the land and abandoned buildings. 

 

Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto directed the Project Director (Works) Engr. Ghulam Asghar Shaikh and Land Development Officer/Estate Officer Mr. Fahim Ahmed Jatoi to take measures to prepare a comprehensive report to demarcation and reclaim the land available at the old site of the University. Dr. Ibupoto also directed them that a camp office may be established over there to oversee the land. 

 

Prof. Dr. Ghulam Mustafa Mashori, Dean Faculty of Arts & Languages, Mr. Zohaib Shafqat Memon, Secretary to Vice Chancellor and others were present on the spot. 

 

Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto also paid rich tribute to Hazrat Long Faqeer, the Devotee of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai at his shrine. The custodian of the shrine Faqeer Shair Ali Detho welcomed the Vice Chancellor and his team. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Ibupoto prayed for the prosperity of the University as well as country.
